From the Smoker
Aavo, Dikra! Welcome to the heart of my kitchen. Everything you see here is smoked the proper way—low and slow over good, natural wood. You won't find any liquid smoke nonsense here, just pure, honest flavour that takes time, patience, and a whole lot of love to create. This is smoking the way it's meant to be.

Bacon
You call that paper-thin, watery stuff in the packets bacon? Maf Karo Baba, but that is an insult! This is real, thick-cut bacon, meticulously cured for 10 days and smoked with patience & love, then frozen and vacuum packed for that added freshness. Just thaw and fry up to add some excitement to those eggs, salads and sandwiches!
Aapro Original! No fuss, no drama, just proper thick-cut bacon done the Uncle Rustom way. We cure it with a simple, honest mix and then smoke it low and slow until it's perfect. If you don't like this, then frankly, we can't be friends, boss.

For those confused souls who can't decide between ghoru and kharu (sweet and salty). We take our classic bacon and give it a sweet slap of pure, wild honey—sourced from the forests of the Western Ghats using bee-friendly methods—then a kick from freshly cracked pepper. Sticky, smoky, damn tasty.

This one is for the true experts who understand that good pork and good smoke sometimes need a handsome, crunchy crust of coarse black pepper. It's simple, it's bold, and it has a wonderful peppery kick in every single slice.

You think I'm the only one in the family who can cook? Your Aunty, who is probably the only real Cajun in India, finally shared her secret family recipe with me (after I begged for years, of course). It's a lively blend of spices with a kick that will have you dancing in the kitchen. Now say thank you!
₹520

You wanted spicy? You've got it! This is not for the timid, dikra. We use a blend of Guntur and Bhut Jolokia chillies for a jhatka that is serious business. Don't say I didn't warn you.
