The Menu

Every dish on this menu is the result of an argument.

I argue with suppliers over ingredients, I argue with wood and coal over termperature, I argue with myself and my anxiety, I argue with my wife, I argue with my mother.

Now that I have done enough arguing for both of us, stop staring at this and order something.

Some things are not up for debate. There is only the right way and the wrong way. I choose the meat myself from a butcher I trust with my family's food.


I spend HOURS in heat, among burning embers, and crackling flames; covered in ash, soot and charcoal so that you can enjoy the most delicious, juiciest, smokiest piece of meat in the comfort of your home.


What shows up at your doorstep isn't "artisanal" or "craft" nor does it carry any other buzzword descriptor - but it is CORRECT.

I use time tested, authentic techniques, hours of labour and patience I never knew I had to bring to you what most would be lucky enough to experience in their lifetimes.
